Honey Tea Biscuits

For Every Occasion

Perfectly soft and often compared to a shortbread, these tea biscuits are made with honey as the only sweetening agent. They are by far my personal favorite for snacking on throughout the day or taking as a sweet treat in my lunch.

They never last long around my house, but someone recently gave me a tip that popping them in the oven for about one minute to warm these up makes them taste and feel like they were just made.
